It tastes better cooked on a dirty grill.
Cut onion in half, stab with grilling fork (aka long handle fork) and a he grill heat rub onion on and it will flake the remains off faster. Or as I do run onion on before cooking and it creates a non stick to the grill and doesn’t add seasoning.
Bud knew BBQ was coming. At the very least he should have gotten up a 6 am to clean the grill.
