For my mechanical bathroom scale, I go for the best two out of three readings.
My digital scale reads quite low if it’s on a carpet or thick rubber mat.
A scale doesn’t have to be accurate, but it does have to be consistent. If you get on and off, and it gives you the same reading, fine, but if it wobbles more than three pounds, get a new one.
LOL Betty! You get off and on again to make the number go lower but it never does!
Our electronic scale is both accurate and precise; not so good with bluetooth.
