If that was the USA, she would have pulled a gun and shot him. Lately there does not seem to be a reason there to NOT shoot someone.

How is his watching a video different than those two having a conversation. People should spend more time with the person they are with and less worrying about what’s going on at the next table.

The easiest way to get thrown in jail…assault on a stranger.

My pet peeve, people setting their phone on speaker and screaming at it as they walk along.
