I used to get this kind of abuse because gyms. I used a pedometer which showed i did 12-15000 steps in my 8 hour shift because I walked so much at work. I have always been in good shape. Stopped the comments.
Well, I don’t think I did any special activities when I was his age beside gym class and delivering newspapers. OK, and mowing the lawn, but he’s been shown doing that, too. Maybe he needs a paper route – but I don’t think that they allow kids to do that anymore (is there even paper delivery anymore?)

He probably has PE and maybe even recess so I’m sure he is getting some form of exercise.
