Mad, Cracked, and other cool magazines. I mean I still get Better Homes and Gardens, Family Circle, and Cuisine via subscription, but any more the first two have way more ads now, and the latter is only every other month.
I miss the times when you would have a very wide choice, but understand why—the damn internet. Makes things harder when you want to clip and share with others (now I have to copy and paste, and if there is a firewall I have to print the damn things).

There are still special interest magazines. They may not be on every magazine stand though. I hope the New Yorker and Atlantic are easy to find.
