We only watch TV an hour a day. That’s time enough to watch an hour-long show and a half-hour long show, recorded, skipping the commercials. So where does this art stuff come from? Did Bill Gates start a satellite channel for his collection?

When we turn the tv off, it’s off, no standby power going to it.

My Cable Company has I, think, three choices on what type of pictures to show when the Cable Box is on stand-bye. Two of them I like, “Landscape” and “Animals”, and just today was the monthly changeover to new images.

Art is a matter of “taste”. If you have no taste…

Long ago I use to regard much art as not worth it. Then I had the opportunity to go to art museums in a few major cities. When you actually stand before the work and see it in real life it is MUCH different. You see and FEEL what it is that the artist were trying to convey. BUT, it is different for each person.

I find it hard to believe that the art on the tv would cause an argument. It would be so simple just to ignore.
