Seriously. Just no. Don’t walk that way.
I walk toe first when ever I am barefooted. it feels natural. Picked it up from having to walk carefully out doors through dirt and sticks and such.
Not a good idea if you are prone to achilles problems. Landing heel first gives a natural stretch.
