Even a phone can be used for good. But I would recommend turning off notifications while you use the meditation apps so you’re not being interrupted. That being said, some employers offer a wellness benefit monthly or yearly and some will even reimburse you for these apps so if that’s something you honestly need, then check with your benefits dept and go for it!
