The neighborhood I just moved into has a little rag tag gang of blond girls (probably under 10 years old) that roam the neighborhood, painting rocks, doing chalk art on the street, it is kind of nice.
I feel inspired to paint some rocks and place them outside where they’ll spread some cheer.
It has been a thing here for several years.
