Francis actually does not know the stuff very well. Nate said the date 1785, and Francis said at his final answer the Bill of Rights, which is wrong since it was ratified in 1791.

He was so close with the Northwest Ordinance, which was in 1787. It was the replacement for the Land Ordinance, which actually WAS in 1785. I kind of doubt that their textbook would mention the Northwest Ordinance but not the Land Ordinance.
