Big Nate by Lincoln Peirce for February 24, 2002
Transcript:
NATE: FETCH! Mr. Eustis? When did you get Spitsy? EUSTIS: **CHUCKL!** I remember it so well! I was out for a drive one day when I noticed a sign by a farmhouse! "Puppies For Sale" It was a little of seven! They all looked about the same. All except one! Right in the middle was a spunky little fella with a lot of energy! He was bigger and feistier than the others! I couldn't take my eyes off him!" NATE: So that puppy was Spitsy, eh? EUSTIS: No, that puppy was taken already! Spitsy was in a corner with his head stuck in a milk carton! NATE: It's all starting to make sense. EUSTIS: Hi, boy! Need some help?
