Yesterday, I didn’t know what was a rope jump, so I searched images for it on Yahoo. It said it contained adult oriented content.

No offense to Peirce, but why does Nate always win chess and soccer with success. What is funny about that? Wouldn’t it be funnier if he lost?

This reminds me of a time when the neighbour’s children had been sliding down a hill all afternoon and it looked scary to me that evening. I told myself that if they could do it so could I. So I went down and hit and dislodged a rock so big I had to roll it onto the back of the toboggan to haul it away.

Ok, is nobody going to call it? The rope will break? He will fall off? He’ll be too scared?

I bet he breaks the rope.

I can already hear the ambulance coming, after he (classic cartoon device here) immediately loses his grip on the rope and plummets, pin-striped trunks over head over heel, down into, into, in…..uhhh! hey! WHAT’S waiting down there, anyway?!?!?

There comes a time in life when you no longer put your butt above your head, thrill rides, sports, bungee, etc. I used to be fearless on any ride or sport, now my vertigo got up and went.
