I hate subs like these.

I hate science and social studies, but I love everything else cuz it’s so easy!

1st time I’ve seen Nate not like a sub.

Ive noticed Nate has been looking toward us lately…

nate good question what if the substitute doesnt know science and shes putting a test for nate that you cant even solve thats why i hate substitutes

Actually, tomorrow our teacher will be absent and the sub will give us the chapter test. Not only that, but it’s science, too!

You don’t have to know a lot to ask questions, the hard part is with getting the right answers. That sub does seem pretty sharp though, and probably knows more about Science than I ever did.

i mean when you have subs its supposed to be a fun day and we wath movies and stuff but they dont do that they give you a lousy test

Anyone notice how short Nate is in the 3rd panel? If the teacher were to stand up, she’d be huge compared to him.

I think shes too scared to tell him that she knows zip about science.
