My mom won’t let me read Harry Potter because she doesn’t want me reading sorcery books. I don’t have much interest in it, anyway.

Hey Big Nate readers! I’ve been reading big nate for about 10 years now. Next week, I leave home to go to college. Ive decided to check back in on Big Nate for some nostalgia. To all my younger big nate readers, keep reading, have fun, and don’t try to grow up too fast because time flies. Big Nate forever, thank you Lincoln (if you read these) Big Nate will always be a staple of my childhood.

I mean, something different from stuff like Femme Fatality comic books and the like?

Not sure why, but misread that as Lord of the Rings at first and got confused at the titles.

Cursed Child was written as a play script. Storyline got boring. Nowhere near as good as the others. :/

Cursed Child is glorified fanfic.

I think less of Harry Potter and I don’t know if I should.

I read some of the script of Cursed Child and I wasn’t really impressed myself.

YES!!! THANK YOU LINCOLN FOR ANOTHER HARRY POTTER STORYLINE!!! I LOVED WHEN YOU DID THE HARRY POTTER FAN CLUB!!! I AM A HUGE FAN OF HARRY POTTER THANK YOU SO MUCH LINCOLN!!! (I’m currently on Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Its amazing!!!)

Is “Cursed Child” the “Godfather 3” of the Harry Potter series?

This is how I think of Nate’s teachers to which teacher at Hogwarts. Mrs Godfrey from social studies is Professor Snape from potions. Mr. Galvin from science is Professor Binns from history of magic. Ms. Clarke from English is Professor Lupin from defense against the dark arts. Coach John from gym is also Professor Snape from Potions. (Let me know what you think for Mr. Staples, Mr. Rosa and Coach Calhoun. I’m not sure for those.)

Kind of hilarious. HP has been called “sacrilegious”. Now “Orthodox” HP fans call Cursed Child heretical. Almost like the reaction of many Christians to Gnostic and Arian heresies.

I’v seen all the harry potter movies which gives me the OMG THAT’S SO AWESOME feeling but I’v been reading too many wings of fire books. Plus I don’t know what the hell the cursed child is, but’s it’s probably just an epilogue. Did u know that J.K. Rowling has no middle name?

The only problem I had with Cursed Child was that in the hypothetical dark world, everyone referred to Voldemort by “Voldemort.” EVERYONE!!!!!!!

I don’t know what Nate’s talking about. i saw the play in new york, and i loved it. although the script is pretty boring. it doesn’t capture the magic that was the play.

I remember thinking that Harry potter was just adventure, until my mom said it was witchcraft. I don’t/can’t read any of the books, but i have a friend that tells me about the hogwarts and shenanigans like that which is interesting… btw, what is the cursed child?

i hated the cursed child it was stupid and it didnt have the magic of the others. I also felt that it didnt have enough jokes
