I want poached eggs, bacon, scrapple, toast with strawberry jam, and DARE I SAY IT, doc’s coffee! Oh and fresh honeydew melon!!

Alright, thanks for the cleanup guys and gals. It seems that I over prepared, so there is some food left over. I have some ribeye left. I can pan fry some steaks along with country fried fingerling potatoes (also leftover} eggs, as you like them. I have homemade wheat bread and several jams (plum/peach, orange marmalade, apricot and jalapeno pepper, oh and some ginger preserves. I have fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, plus some oh so sweet cantaloupe. Juices and my just finished pipeline to doctortoon’s coffee. Oh, I almost forgot. Since there are oysters left, hangtown fries.

(I’m still working here. that food sounds good. I’m a bit peckish right now.)

Poor Wink! I haven’t been to a movie theater since Toy Story 2 came out.

I’ll go for some of that hang town fry and fingerling potatoes, and some of that good cantalope, too. I cleaned my muddy sandal prints off of the table top.

I have not been to a movie in years. My wife, with her injury, can only sit in one place for a limited length of time. But, like Wink, I don’t miss it. Sure it would be nice to see grand scope movies on a big screen, but I can cope.

Carmy It’s much cheaper to rent a movie these days, and if you time it right, they give you a bucket of free popcorn.

12 Noon and it’s 88 degrees here already! I wonder if the Nuclear Coffee pipeline has anything to do with it? It does put of a substantial amount of heat.

Well first, the bad news. I found work at a retail store over in Fayetteville, Ga ( Not NC) there you’ll be hearing less of me until the start of 2010. Wow in these troubled times, it’s not often you find job and they accept you. I’m one of them. Well that less time on these message boards and more time at my new job. Sorry, that’s just the way life works.

Now the good news…A new member will be joining your tribe soon (say about Monday or Tuesday). Her name (yes, this is a girl) is Tink1360, my younger cousin (age 19). I might want to inform you one thing…she’s a bit delusional. She’s thinks she’s Tinker Bell! Just try and humor her, won’t you?

Maybe some of you reading this are delusional yourselves. Just wish good luck me on my new job. If the hours become more less in 2010, I’ll be back and we’ll have fun again, OK? I too hate it when I go to the movies only to have to hear people talking to each other or on their cell phones when your supposed to silence them. It makes it hard to concentrate on the movie.

Well I have squeezed a lot in and it’s just past noon. I had a swim, did a bike ride, watered our garden, picked fruit and managed to get a couple of posts in here.

I’m back. Wasn’t able to drift off to sleep, but did at least veg for about 2 hours. I’m on welbutrin (sp), just started, and insomnia is a common side effect. Hey, what’s a little more insomnia these days??? I’m not hungry, either, but considering my considerable bulk that might be a desired effect i/o a side effect.

But…I am making it a goal to remember to eat something. Today I am making a London Broil with rice-a-roni and beets. Helps to have a spouse who still has an appetite. Hmmm, my water intake is off, too. I’d better get me some of that liquid stuff in me. No more blood infections for this person, no siree! In 2 months I’ll have my hospital bill paid off…don’t want another one!!!

So I’ll announce dinner and ya’ll come around. Bring side dishes if you wanna. I’m on too many drugs for alcohol, so byob. I have Kool-Ade and water.

Off to do stuff….if I can quit vegging….HP and the Orderof the Phoenix is on the tube.

Oh, almost forgot. Josh!!!, spend a little of your time off here. I can only do weekends. I had been coming in early to clear the termites out of my computer (long story, hope the Tribe forgave me ‘cause they sure sent them back). Anyway, post when you can. But read the comics!!! You need laughter.

Goodness, 15 minutes on a sunday afternoon and no posts. Did I scare everyone off? Or was it the dust rising from my desk getting into the computer systems??

Quaby -Glad that you are doing well (except for sleep). I will bring some homemade Italian semolina baguettes. After yesterday’s party it is nice to not have to cook a whole meal. Sunday’s can be kind of slow around here as many people have family obligations. I think Dry has a son whose birthday is today and she is cooking up a storm.

Dry - I know what you mean, but I know that for my own personal life, I am happy not to have become a father. My wife, on the other hand, was definitely meant to be a mother. Fortunately, we met when we did at the perfect time for us to be together, her kids raised and my randy youth, behind me.

Pets definitely necessitate more cleaning. With Cleo gone, suddenly hair has become less of an issue floating across our hardwood floors. But they are definitely worth it. I still pull up the driveway and expect to be greeted by a happy dog.

I just finished eating and I’m on the home stretch with my paper. I’m up to the 16th century! LOL I should be done before sunrise. It’s due tomorrow.

The assignment, not the sun. That’s due every day, although we sometimes are wistful here in Ontario about the days when we could actually SEE the sun, LOL.

We just had a doozy of a storm. I had to unplug my computer because the power threatened to go out. I thought some trees here were going to fly away!
