I just took an hour long nap with Kitty. I don’t think I will sleep again soon.

I believe Fairchild was a he…….and he loved to get into Granny’s moonshine - liquid rocket fuel. Drysdale used some to get to Hooterville quickly on Christmas Eve. Problem is, Fairchild drank the fuel supply.

In another episode, Fairchild drank all Granny’s Shoe Flu Brew he could get his hands on. Forget about Nyquil, this stuff is guarenteed to knock anyone one out.

Grog, I’m just passing through on my way to sleepers. One of my favorite parts…Cinderella story. Outta nowhere. A former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters champion. It looks like a mirac… It’s in the hole! It’s in the hole! It’s in the hole!

Huh! I should try to find an episode with him, it sounds vaguely familiar. I think it has been at least 15 years since I have seen the show. I did used to like it though.

Hey Carmy. Definitly one of my favorite parts, too. Bill Murray was a blast through the whole movie though….especically the finale.

LuvH8, I believe you can see the show on TVLand in the mornings.

I only have local channels, I don’t watch enough TV to make it worth paying for a service.

We had satellite, but my Gma and I were only watching maybe 5 hours a month of those channels.

TVland dot com has full episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies.

Which oughta be real slow to download on dial-up.

My daughter gets all kinds of DVDs from the library when she doesn’t want to buy it. Of course it helps that she works at the library. :^)

I can order stuff online and have it delivered to my library for pick up. Great for CDs and stuff at other libraries. (I can never find the CDs I want, even when it says they are there. I think it is a conspiracy.)

I had a great time last night. Played Pandemic and Killer Bunnies from Outer Space. We beat the epidemics and I had fun with Killer Bunnies even though the game was nearly over before I was able to get a spaceship. Of course there were the Magic games going on along with a miniatures game and a small group of players sticking with board games. I got home about 6:30 this morning. I’ve had 3 hours sleep. Everyone seemed to be sleep deprived as well.

Celebrateing every day doesn’t sound bad. Right now I guess I’ll celebrate fixing supper - turkey burger and fries! Speaking of kid’s - I just heard on TV about a couple that visited Twrn Rivers and then had twins. Now their worried sick because their going yo visit Thousand Lakes.

Also, if you perform the role of a father or adult male roll model, you get to celebrate.

I’m trying to fix breakfast but I forgot to turn on the burner. Doesn’t work very well that way.

@LuvH8–as my presence slowly fades away–this weekend we prayed for (and blessed) “all fathers, grandfathers, and all who have the vocation of fathers in any way”–clunky, but pretty comprehens-… .

I keep getting disconnected. I may have fixed it but if it happens two more times, I am giving up until turnover.

I feel bad for you having to put up with a “dial up” connection.

LuvH8 - Forgeting to turn on the burner woulgn’t be a problem if you were having Steak Tartar for breakfest.

Pasta and vegetables(from the freezer). It was very cold.

It would be more fun if my computer went faster. Did you know that songs can be played from Songfacts continuiously with no stops and starts. The same with YouTube. (sigh)

Bummer - to bad you cant’t get better internet speed. My problem is that my computers are to old to use some softerware or use more then 2 or 3 programs at once, even that slowes it down and somtimes causes it to lockup. Luckily I can at least fix that with a newer computer before the end of the year.

Hello ♠Lonewolf♠ - At least my problem is fixable, I’d hate to have a slow internet connection like LuvH8. I have an uncle that lives in the country and using the internet was almost impossible. At least they have a better conection now where he is. Hope the shock of the workweek tommorow after a slower than nomal weekend isn’t too hard on you. Perhaps you should start it with Doc’s Coffee.

That’s IS my start for the week, Sojo! One or two (or three) cups from the pipeline and I’ll think it’s Wednesday already! That’s a definite thing Doc & I have in common! LOL

bmonk if you see this I will keep the hubby and like to get rid of the tv dish as it’s expensive. But hubby likes the old shows and there are others living here that want it. Because the gov. made everyone go to converter boxes some channels are harder to get. Depends on ones location. I gave up on BT and caught up on tapes. Just finished watch Tom Selleck as Stone Code no Remorse and they left at cliffhanger missed one show where he got shot. Unick way he solves murders. Time for my bed. and traffic for BT is very lite. I go back to pt Monday. Could not go Thurs or Friday since hubby was released Friday 12:30pm and had to get meds then eat. I need some book reading time.

Lonewolf tellLadywolf I’m pulling for her and though a stranger to her, she will work hard and earn her dipolma. Then she can relax. Maybe later I can let her know of another young lady who graduated about how much she did.

LuvH8 I agree that dialup is the pits. It is so slow and quite often it disconnects without warning. EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF MY TOON TOUR!!! Also you have to disconnect to use the phone.

EMET ~ I am so sorry to hear that. Louse is a nice term. My ex cheated on me, but by the time I found out I had already decided the relationship was bad. Then I found out he had cheated on his ex-wife. Be wary of taking your spouse back, if they are able to lie to you that badly, it is doubtful they will ever be trustworthy. Luv to you. If you want to vent……… there are probably several of us here who would be willing to listen and may at least partially understand.
