Good morning all. Scrumptious looking breakfast today as every day. May I have 3 over easy, bacon, ham, grits, a glass of OJ, and four fried chickens and a coke please.

Man we had a hellacious t-storm yesterday afternoon. 40-50 mph gusts, lightning all over, hail, probably an inchand a half of rain in about 15 minutes. Power was out for about 6 hours. Thankfully it came back on in time for my nightly trivia games and to give enough time for the A/C to cool the bedroom down a bit. Groundskeepers at the Phillies/Indians game had a heckuva time getting the tarp down. I think there’s you tube video of it somewhere.

Morning, MisngNONA. I’ve seen highlights of some of those games where they are fighting to get the tarp down against the elements. It doesn’t look fun.

I have all of LZ albums but haven”t seen any videos (I listen to a lot of music but watch almost no videos). It sure brought back a lot of memories. I have a CD of LZ songs that were made into symphonic pieces (with an India influence) that I like as my main interest is classical music. Yeah, but I think we were hit and miss during the day. I had a very busy morning, but as soon as my boss (and most everone else took off) things were a lot more relaxed…and I was able to get a lot more done that I intended to do while still popping in here every once in a while.

Darn! We could have used Doc T’s snow-a-pult for a special delivery, if we’d have known sooner.

It was a fair bit over a relatively short period. I heard the thunder and what I thought were raindrops on our roof (you gotta hear it when it really comes down there). My boss was just leaving for the day. I decided to go to lunch as soon as I finished up what I was doing. I had forgotten my umbrella in the car. It was just spitting a bit when I went out to my car. As I’m clearing the exit gate it starts coming down hard to the point I can barely see 2 feet in front of me. I didn’t know where I was on the road even at one point.

When I was finished, that cell had cleared out, but another cell went by before I left. I hit a short but moderate burst on the way home.

We had it that way for the better part of the past week. Today was just hot and sticky!

85 sounds downright comfy to me, ♠Lonewolf♠, as “sticky as it may be.

80° or less is best for me, Grog. And I don’t like sticky AT ALL regardless of temps.

I don’t like sticky either, but I could go as high as 90 with a low humidity factor, but 85 is better.

When I lived in Texas, I could easily take the heat as long as the humidity was down.

Texas will be Wolfangil’s and my last place of residence one day, so I’ll be dealing with what ever comes along weather wise.

At least that’s the plan as of 11:00Pm this evening! LOL
