Sorry to have made myself so scarce these past days, but I’ve really been socked in by projects of various kinds. Anyway I’ve swapped out my avatar for a while to a photo taken of me way back in 1980: my college junior photo, buttonized.

I didn’t see the game, but I did see what must surely be one memorable commercial: the pint-sized Darth Vader in the Volkswagen Passat commercial. He and his mother were interviewed on TODAY - I believe, this very morning. I saw it courtesy of MSNBC and my sister’s Facebook page.

Besides, I don’t think those were my ducks–my ducks were all herded safely behind the door. I keep a wading pool back there for them.

I missed all the Stupor Ball commercials. But I’m sure the good ones will be easy to see in days to come.

I contacted the Superfund Site Cleanup Administration and they promised to send a properly equipped crew as soon as possible.

And I cleaned up what I could. It was not too easy to get the stuff into the Unobtanium oversize mug–until I enticed it in with some Duck Kibble.

But what do I do with the full mug?

Sounds good–but maybe I’d better tape it shut–with Duck Tape, of course–just in case…

Our people from the Tech Center were stuck in Nashville because of a snow storm in Calvert City, KY - about a 2 & 1/2 hour drive from Nashville. I’d rather be stuck in Nashville than Calvert though - if I had a choice.

Hello all. I really dread tomorrow. I just want to make it in to pay for cc. Our church for Wednesday has canceled for seniors day. I can’t go there as I work afternoon. I’m the age I can. That chicken enchilada taste great. I have another 2nd paragraph to do. My first had to do with my daughter’s delayed endeavor to be a personal trainer. Lack of money for more education doesn’t help. She won’t get financial help like a student loan. My next one will be on Dancing With the Stars. This paragraph has to be descriptive and I can use a TV show. Reminds me of English on rules and regulations. Just like football or other sports shows.

Hi, Wolfie & Kab! Wolfie - Are you supposed to get more snow this week, like those of us in KS? Kab - Allow some extra time tomorrow for your commute, I hear the roads will be slick. Somehow, the bad weather never seems to hit to let my boys out of school, but they keep hoping. Our teacher was looking up the forecast, and I don’t know if it was a new word or a typo, but the forecast said it would change to “snizzle.”

Rmom I usually do the route I take is snow route, though the neighborhood not so. That will be the bad part.

College is a wee bit tough this semester, but you will not here me complain about it.

Hello Peoples!

Kab - I know the side streets are horrible. At least I don’t have to deal with them very often. The side streets in my neighborhood are all dirt, and people only rarely park along the streets. It was a little muddy today, but I always worry about the side streets in town when they get icy. I’m afraid I’ll slide into a parked car, or when I’m parked, someone will slide into mine.

My grandma is back to her fighting self, and she absolutely hates the Physical Therapy that she has to do every day.

Lil’ Sis - P.T. stands for Pain & Torture, so I’ve been told. It was bad enough going through physical therapy when I dislocated my finger many years ago. I haven’t heard any patient say they like it, or even don’t mind it.
