@Oooooops!, we don’t really have any snow here–more like piles of Styrofoam. And ice puddles from the recent thaw. Our next shipment of snow is due (maybe) Thursday night, or more likely Sunday. I’ve been chipping the ice off a sidewalk (about 60 feet long) for two days now.

I could send you some nice, fresh snow then: well-packed balls of about 50 pound size, delivered high and fast by trebuchet…

It is already half gone. The person sending snow is not sending cold enough temperatures to maintain the snow.

Well, then it could be someone from around here. The cold isn’t supposed to come until Friday, IIRC.

A week ago tomorrow we had snow (again) here in Atlanta and this time it stayed on the ground until the end of the day.

Oooooooooopppss I didn’t send any snow, but you are right. There is STILL a lot of snow and it has been snowing AGAIN all day. Yesterday was melting, but today is colder and ice all over the place. I am getting ready to pack it all up and fling it at someone. Either that or I’m going to back to bed and hibernate until the weather smartens up.

We still have no furnace so that is beginning to sound like a good idea.

I made navy beans and haven’t decided what to do with them yet. I have some really old kidney beans. I was planning on using to make noisy toys. You could count the kidney beans…………..

Sojo, I think Monkey 1 (visiting from WA) and I were too tired when we watched Plan 9 from Outer Space. We didn’t think……….. Yup! too tired. I luvved the big zombie guy! Have to watch it again when we are more awake.

I’m almost afraid to post right after someone else has posted now.

No, it wasn’t the movie itself. But we were about a fifth of the way through the movie when we started wondering why people thought it was a bad movie, instead of just old.

Well…….. I don’t want to see Casablanca, it doesn’t sound like a fun movie.

Ooops!, yes it is that bad. Old movies aren’t good just because they’re old and it’s certainly no Casablanca!

Ooops I need to watch it again in one sitting(I kept getting interrupted) but it seemed to me it was a bit tongue-in-cheek but kind of sweet.

In the meantime, I am feeling a bit “off-center” even though I have gbeen trying to ignore it so will say goodnight to all.
