    I think I’d rather live with the tattoo – if I were stupid enough to get one in the first place.

    Good Morning, bigg & Alain.

    Taking my hubby to heart doctor for a check up this morning. Then later more reviewing. I have a lot of memory work and my memory does not want to remember.

    Sharpies are okay, they wash off. If you are in a hurry use straight Pine Sol. It is when they shoot the ink below their skin that it gets icky.

    I write things down on my arm to remember. Grocery lists, things to do, etc. If I use paper, I tend to lose it.

    Good morning, Tribe. Just stopping long enough to say Hi. I’m gonna venture out today and get some groceries. My Mountain Man is great at picking stuff up, but I want to “look” at all the “possibilities”. .This time around, the chemo side effects seem to be lasting longer. I guess it’s an accumulation.

    Fingernail polish remover works well to remove sharpie ink on most surfaces. Be careful with painted surfaces as it may also remove the paint. Not sure what would work for sharpie ink under the skin and also not possibly being toxic.

    Hello again. My hubby had a long wait. 15 min for a sonogram of the heart. Then doctor had to leave for emergency surgery. They can contact him on results. He is okay. Thought office visit just be a checkup but no. Next June two years after stint a whole new battery of tests to make sure heart is okay. Now I need to study. If I wrote on my arm or took notes from 226 test questions some I recognize, my arm would be covered and too many notes to go through. These tests question are not organized either.

    After talking with our (mine & my hubby’s) cardiologist last week, and doing a little internet research, I see where stents aren’t the great cure-all as I first thought. My husband has the medicated stents which are better than the non-medicated kind, but they still increase the risks of a future heart attack. I probably won’t get a stent with my 50% blockage, because the whole artery is lined with plaque, just more in one spot. It is interesting what one can learn on the internet, and from reputable sources.

    Just a fly-by. Hi, everybody! (inc. SR Mom)

    ++++

    If Dusty is gonna go the sandpaper route, better be sure it’s waterproof. Or bloodproof.

    OUCH!

    Nightguard my hubby does watch his diet. I more so with myself. I will not eat fatty stuff. I have something I had not known of and do not want more of, which would mean removal surgery. Hubby is doing okay. I have been working hard on practice test twice so far.

    Montana LadyYou’re right it is just not the same letting someone else get the groceries. Plus, you don’t get to see all those brightly colored sale tags luring you to buy things that you like but don’t really need. I did ask, you can’t call ahead and have them take those down when you are going to be shopping.
