Good morning all. Are you guys talking about driving licence or auto tags? For us we always mail tag renewal for auto’s by mail. To pay on-line for tags there is an extra fee, whereas, by mail only out a stamp.All tag and DL went through upgrades with bad software and workers still not knowing what needs done.

I have started working on Sociology studies work book and using youtube for lectures really helps. Though some I still don’t understand.

I saw that Doc. Boy, a person eats one little container [or so] of ice cream. ;-)

♥Kab♥ is right. They installed a new computer system here to speed up things. Instead, because it doesn’t work right, it’s made it even slower. To help they aren’t going to charge to go on-line for a year. It should be cheaper anyway for people to go on-line so why charge for it in the first place?

Company from Australia should arrive in 2 or 3 hours!

up here in the “True North Strong and Free” (or at least my part of it), it makes a big difference which outlet you visit. last year when i needed to renew driver’s licence, plates, and my health card, i went to an outlet on the far side of town and the whole shebang took about an hour – most of which was spent taking photos and processing forms. a year earlier, when it was just the tags, i went to the outlet nearest me and had to wait an hour for a 10 minute process.what amuses me are the warning notices posted in the office that state they need your EXACT milage when renewing the tags – even though no-one goes out to check your odometer.

and hello back to Shika who i missed yesterday.

We have to go thru emissions testing and then get our tags. To get tags you can go to the DMV, go online or pay at the emissions testing site. I figure I just need to wait in one line so get them at the emissions site. Other than that, I go to the least busy offices and bring something to do. Plods!, you’ve discovered my email travesty.

We have state vehicle inspections, but they can be done just about anywhere, including your dealer

I heard on the radio today that office computers are being slowed down by everyone watching the olympics at work.

I have to admit that my computer’s really sluggish at times, but I haven’t caught anyone watching the games.

I’ve missed your little adventures, paint ball kabooms, grape jelly tosses, and general mayhem!!!!! Life has been so boring without you!

I love living in a sparsely populated state! Even the long wait for renewals are only about 5 minutes or so!

I just picked our first eggplant. Woo Hoo! I’ll do a mock lasagna tonight. Knowing how I cook, I’ll make enough for the whole tribe……..dinner will be around 6:30. Come on by!

Hi yyyguy. I’ve gotten in and out for renewing my licence in ten minutes. I go during a week day, early in the week.I don’t own a car, so they don’t ask me for milage!But when I rent, they do.

Pete, wait until you get out to change your pants. Humongo is not going to be happy when you put ointment on his toe.

For DL I’ve heard nightmares of 2 to 6 hours or closing with notices to drivers. For tags hubby and I mail in for tag renewal, we cannot change autos. No money.

I don’t have to worry about the DMV any more as I can’t drive ant don’t have a motor vehicle. :-)
