Hey, maybe I should be offended. Maybe Thom is “poking” fun at us dog lovers?!

    What say you, Thom?

Doc, now I’m offended that you are trying to take the offensive upper hand! This offensiveness has got me on the defensive now!

Isn’t there a “special” category for these types of cartoon artists?

I had a friend who had a pet skunk once. It was a sweet little thing, used a litter box just like a cat, too. Of course, it was descented!

That dog’s breed is not recognized by the American Kennel Club.

    Unless it’s a Wirehair Pointer?

We had a ferret for years. A lot of fun. A skunk should be good too. You might have a problem finding a vet that knows how to deal with exotics.

Well… uh… the good news is that Jimmy won’t be needing to go to an acupuncturist when he’s feeling stressed and the sort.

Jimmy, just put him down - then you’ll get your real dog! Mind you, you’ll be picking out quills for a long time - out of its nose, mouth, ears and everywhere else. Ouch!!!
