    Our dear town council is getting ready to ban plastic bags…..nay, I’m wrong….if we use plastic at the grocers, we will have to pay 10 cents per bag as a surcharge. The grocer will keep 5 cents and give the town 5 cents.

    Paper or plastic bags- no reason to set the whole store on fire Doc, even in the express line.
