My impression was that it’s the lady asking. It’s the irony of the statement from her that would make it funny to me.

Thanks Ushindi, adding color may work with some comics but not this one. The depth and shading nuances are gone. These are FLAT! Harry, are you listening?. I grew up with B&W comics 6 days a week and color on Sunday.
