@Lewreader, if only forms had a box for “Species”. The “Race” box is meaningless (no objective definition) and useful only for political pandering. I always write in “Human” for “race”.
It would be medically meaningful to ask about ancestry, but there would be way too many choices, and most people don’t know enough about their ancestry to be useful.
