I’m surprised he isn’t wearing a button saying “Tipping Allowed”
Where my son works, all tips go into a jar and are divided evenly by all staff at the end of each shift. Since he’s the dishwasher, he’s pretty happy with it.
How true, How true!
Sounds like Samuel kicks about 20% of his tips back to the support staff.
