That actually happened to me. Got up every morning with a back ache…got divorced, no more back ache (same bed).
Stress will do that to you.
Just a little lower than back pain.
Well, since Plods beat me to it; I’ve seen neck pain disappear after a divorce.(I’m a chiropractor)
