Oooh, I love that bird sculpture thing. I think I’ve seen two versions, one gold and one white?

Very clever, Mr. Bliss.

Which makes it important so the cartoonist doesn’t have to waste time on facial expressions.

Are you, though? If so, why are you standing there with a beer? Or is it a beer? If not, why are we even here? Or are we?

The anti maskers have been pointing this out all along and on this they do have a point

Nevertheless, I appreciate how many cartoonists have done a great job of spreading the message about responsible mask wearing with a healthy dose of humor

Had to take a 2nd look, the facemasks didn’t even register the first time through. I know when I am able to go out to public events without a mask it’s going to feel kind of weird.

Although it’s not saying much, this is one of Mr. Martin’s funnier ones.

How do you have a cocktail party if everyone is masked? The masks are a good idea; the party is impractical.

And sets an example of how seriously this disease SHOULD be taken.

So you’re a drawing, you can still be erased.

But we represent reality, so let’s keep it real and wear the masks as good examples.

On a recent episode of FBI, which I saw a couple of weeks ago, OA and Maggie wore masks for about ten seconds part way through the show to talk to someone outside, in what appeared to be Brooklyn (I’m trying to avoid spoilers). But all the rest of the time, inside headquarters and outside, no one wore a mask. That was confusing, The current season was filmed in October according to various sites on the internet. Were the actors isolated in a bubble to make the show without masks — or they are risking their health and lives to make FBI, which I certainly hope Zeeko Zaki is not doing that.
