    Fun fact: chipmunks are important for truffle reproduction. Truffle spores don’t spread through the air and rely on chipmunks and other fungus eaters to disperse them.

    We’ve been in our current house a little less than 6 years. We’re on the edge of the Bay Area bubble. The house has appreciated by nearly 50%. The rule is: A house is only worth what it sells for. The bottom could drop out of the market at any time. I remember 2008..
