12 Days of Christmas: Day 12
by GoComicsMerry Christmas, friends! As we conclude 12 days of holiday highlights and humor, we wanted to focus on a few less-"traditional" ways to celebrate on December 25. Whether you're flying solo, or just have the itch to do something different this year, there are plenty of great ways to enjoy the next 24 hours, free of fruitcake and wrapping paper!
Sing your heart out! A solitary Christmas is the perfect time to indulge in traditions that other people may not appreciate (i.e., Burl Ives):
Who says you have to have ham on Christmas? Cook up whatever non-traditional cuisine your heart desires (BBQ is great year-round):
Go see a show! Why miss out on your one chance a year to see The Nutcracker?
Take a spontaneous trip to somewhere you've never been! Even if directions fail you, getting lost is half the fun, right?
Or, debatably the best thing to do on a wintry day: nothing at all! Throw on your comfiest pajamas and snuggle in for the long haul.
We wish you all the merriest of Christmases, no matter how you choose to spend it!
