Museum Day Comics Are Amusing
by The GoComics TeamIt's International Museum Day, and what better way to commemorate it than by browsing a site stocked with thousands upon thousands of pieces of cartoon art and comics? It's true, GoComics.com is practically a digital museum all its own, but we've taken the liberty of curating our own exhibit of themed comics tying into the science, art, history and other assorted museums you may stumble upon on your quest for knowledge and, indeed, inspiration! Museum inventor Plato would probably approve if comics didn't totally corrupt youth.
Scroll on for musings in, about and around museums in comics. Then maybe consider going to a physical museum in your area -- the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum in Ohio is a great place to start!
