Yes, it's slightly more laborious to prepare than pancakes, but the results are worth it when you're soaking the pan-fried slices of heaven in maple syrup. Top the whole thing with some powdered sugar and you may momentarily forget that you could've just popped some frozen waffles in the toaster, instead.
