On Customer is Wrong Day, those serving retail therapy seekers can vent during one of their busiest times of year... at least in their minds.
Anyone who has worked in a service industry knows that most customers are painless and even positive. Most of the time the motto "The customer is always right," serves everyone, because people would rather make an exchange and get on with their day than be miserable. Sometimes, though, a customer is so wrong it hurts. For those occasions, we salute those who practice self-control in the face of adversity.
