Steve has never cared much for Bill except for those fateful times when Bill presented himself as a means to making a fortune. Such as in 1985 when Steve took Bill to the David Letterman show in the hopes of becoming his talent agent. Or in late 1986 when he discovered that Bill could be the frontman for a heavy metal band. Both schemes ended in disaster of course.
