It’s too soon for “another round”. The U.S. Constitution and the government it established, with all it’s faults (slavery and no votes for women for instance) was little short of a miracle. But it’s not working in the 21st Century. We should look at the German post-WWII system. They had the advantage of seeing their own past and the systems in the UK, US, France and etc.
