You have sabotaged my use of a service I had already paid for, and now you seem to want to make it as difficult as possible to re-establish my regular service. I also hate your demand for a daily log-in, never before required, and the difficulty of establishing a log-in/password that I can easily remember.
Please either fix these fiascos, or return my payment.
