    Yeah, right, “frogs.” –But we do want to be very careful about a meadow-fire…. (Skips several lame jokes about “frogs do it,” hot times in the old meadow, etc.)

    Ray C (from yesterday), no you didn’t sound at all argumentative or anything like that, I just can symapthize with the need to speak up. I’m the one who turns into a drooling grammar Nazi and I can’t help it, but it’s a bit embarrassing!

    @Ray C and ejcapulet:

    A comment I just added in another direction to yesterday’s thread might show my own kind of drooling, but there are worse things than being strict on grammar. I thought the misuse of “whom” amusing and your pointing it out quite proper.

    I love those moments of “intimate conference.”

    This group is definitely conducting a “grass roots” campaign. But it appears that their whole campaign is about to go up in smoke. Not only that, but it is very rude to interrupt someone’s intimate conference.

    ejcapulet: I finally figured out what you meant after I wrote that post. Thanks for replying. If I ever decide to change my sign-in name, it will be DroolingGrammarNazi, unless you beat me to it.

    Rakkav, just between you and I, I’m glad you enjoyed those posts.

    (That last mistake was on purpose. No, really, it was!!)
