Yes, giant speaking cockroaches who dislike Dijon mustard are a new development!

Huh, this is nothing. Read the “Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers”. Now THEY have roaches (and just not the kind you can smoke).

It’s about time for Laurel and Hardy from the EPA to show up.

In The Metamorphosis, Kafka’s character turned into a bug. Frank better keep his distance from the giant cockroach. On the other hand, it may be his son.

I wonder how long it will take Laurel and Hardy to get there. The bleeep roach is funny, he complained about the dirty basement. I would have guessed that he like dijon. What a revolting developement.

This is such a ridiculous fantasy. I never met a giant cockroach that didn’t like dijon.

Now we know why they never had giant roaches in those Grey Poupon ads.

Have you heard about the town where folks have been paid to move away? I read a reference about Love Canal a few days ago when the chemicals started seeping into the basement - probably around the time when this strip first appeared

See CNN.com story about Picher Oklahoma closing down today and there’s more at PBS:

It was a few years before the strip, in the late 70s. I remember it being in the news when I in middle school.
