Dueler_2000, not only can it see Pluto, but Pluto’s moon!! And with maybe a six inch aperture. The guys at Palomar must be eating their hearts out. And I bet they can’t see Mary Lou’s moon either..

“Since the only rough definition of a Moon is an object orbiting a Planet, Pluto has no Moons, since it is no longer a Planet.”

Back then it were tho, ya’ll.

quit hating on Pluto. still a planet, i don’t care who says otherwise. just cause the poor guy is a little mass challenged, no cause to go disrespecting on him. least he ain’t just a big ball of gas!

It’s more like a pair of moons. The Uranus Empire expanded.

Planet means wanderer. Pluto is more of a wanderer, thus more of a planet. Given size, proximity & tidal lock, I’d call Mercury the Sun’s moon. Precise, exclusionary, definition ranks up there in silliness with race. (Or astronomical scat humor.)
