I once worked on a computer based interactive training program. Submitted my work to the Government with detailed instructions on how to set it up. After about two weeks I sat in a project meeting with the customer. They complained that it wasn’t working properly. My one and only question to the Government was “did you read the setup instructions”. They said no.
