Great. I HAD gotten over my Teri Garr crush, and had forgotten about her.

Teri Garr – Such a breath of freash air. Unfortunatly she has MS and is now out of the the public eye.

Is Letterperson’s guy implying that our Bill is a stupid pet?!

If you look Teri up on Wikipedia there is a recent pic. She’s not in a wheelchair, but MS can and does cause great fatigue. My sister had it.

Teri was a pretty regular guest on Late Night with David Letterman in the ‘80s. I’ll never forget the show they taped in the offices upstairs when Dave got her to take a shower in the dressing room. At one point Late Night showed an entire week of reruns featuring Teri, which was billed as “Teri Garr Week”.

“Stupid Pet Tricks” was what we had before YouTube videos. Actually one time a dog herded a bunch of sheep into a waiting limo, which was pretty cool.
