Beavis and Butthead are the least of his problems!
Today …
South Park characters would probably hunt Winnie the Pooh (then,Eric Cartman would make a sandwich, and Butters, who wasn’t even there, would be assigned entire blame, for the death of a beloved character from childhood, and get grounded. “Omg! They killed Winnie the Pooh! You BASTARDS!”)Bart Simpson would steal his honey, and Homer would make him ‘pull his finger’, (or visa versa),Quagmire from Family Guy would probably slip something into his drink and try to ‘date’ him.and Trump would, if he could, use his pelt to make more hair pieces.
sad sigh
“A little Consideration, a little Thought for Others, makes all the difference.”- Winnie the Pooh
Sterling Holloway, Disney’s Pooh’s original voice, played Kaa in “Jungle Book,” Cheshire Cat in “Alice In Wonderland,” the Stork in “Dumbo,” just a few of the many roles he played as characters and voice-over narrations.
The modern-day Pooh is voiced by Jim Cummings, who has his own long list of voice credits, like Darkwing Duck, Pete (Goofy’s neighbor), Tigger, among others.

I like the reference to Capt. Oates in the second to last panel.

He was a recurring character in the George Reeves “Superman” television series; portrayed an absent-minded professor, quite well.
