When on-line directories came into existence, I thought they’d be updated instantly. Now they’re not only totally useless because they carry multiple old numbers, but there’s often a charge to use them.
I last got a new, very diminished Yellow Pages last year. There hasn’t been a White Pages book since, I think, the last century. We’re talking Chicagoland here….
