OMG! We’ve always figured that Steve has had his reasons, most people have their own, but this is headed WAY FAR over the line…

So Steve has a Jewish mother.

Well, he DID, in the second to last Academia Waltz strip. (And if BB hadn’t retconned Kitzi to be Steve’s little sister, mayyyybe that’d be HIS first divorce!)

Heh, and people used to argue with a straight face that marriage equality would destroy the sanctity of the institution.

I worked in a restaurant and after hours was in the bar with a coworker and his girlfriend and they were telling me how great marriage was. I said if it is so great why are you dating? They were both married to others.

Both of my grandmothers were married 3 or 4 times each. Some by divorce, some by death. One, technically, both (Pepere was living with us when he died). My family was rough on grandfathers. LOL

Why would he want a wife when he already has a mom who barges in unannounced, rearranges everything, and complains.

Marriage is an institution,I have chosen to not be institutionalized.

The question isn’t if but how often. I guess it depends on how many he can afford.

Growing up, in the 50’s-60’s , divorce, was something that was whispered, about…like the divorcees had two heads.(Especially in Catholic neighborhoods !)
