I refuse that fear. Communist governments lie like all governments, they’re all threatening. Actual communists that I’ve known lived on hippy communes or belonged to communitarian churches, mostly pacifist, not very threatening.
Some Hollywood mogul once said, possibly during that writer’s strike, “Without writers, Hollywood would collapse, and we must make sure they never find out.”
Unreadable. Even with the knowledge it’s a picture, grainy and out -of-focus, blowing it up makes it even worse. Much as we love the series, a better re-print is requested.
In general I have no sympathy for the ‘entertainment industry’. Writers; actors; singers — they create their own problems. Any industry that somehow finds itself paying $$Ms to ‘stars’ while paying about $20/hr as ‘scale’, to others, and has some types of art expression that demand to be paid forever for things produced once, deserves all the problems it has.
