Buffalo wings were invented in Buffalo. I remember when they first arrived on the other side of the border. Instant wow and an eternal hit! Hot without scorching, blue cheese and celery alongside. Made with Franks hot sauce (original style). No breading or anything else. Makes my mouth water just to think of them. I do believe I know what I will be making for dinner tonight!

Why ask about BSU at the UoB table?

Following a vegan diet, Buffalo Wings was one of the things I missed. But I realized it was more the sauce than the chickenthat I missed. I now eat cauliflower florets roasted with a Buffalo glaze.

Buffalo State and UB are not the same thing!! Which school does she want to go to? I attended both, and graduated from Buff State. Both are great for their own reasons!

Indeed, I figured out the difference once I sent my kid’s AP scores to Buffalo State instead of UB!
