Don’t put it off, for Pete’s sake. What’s gained by wallowing in negative emotions for the rest of the day? That’s precious time lost. Get off your furry butt and focus on doing something productive or pleasant or necessary. Better to put off introspection when that’s what’s holding you back from being a healthy you.

It’s not hard to put something off until tomorrow …. especially when you realize it will be even easier to put it off then.
