The public should be aware that the following week of this feature shows not one but two young girls being whacked upside the head with a plastic lightsaber. Due to the sensitivity of the subject matter, we would like to offer the following disclaimer: 1) Neither Mr. McGruder, this syndicate, this newspaper nor George Lucas condones whacking people with plastic lightsabers (although we bet George Lucas has done it on occasion.) 2) This strip in no way implies that ALL African-Americans whack people with plastic lightsabers. Just the ones who own them and have some free time. 3) No little girls, real or fictitious, were injured during the making of this comic. Thank you for your patience. Now back to the feature.
