The Boondocks by Aaron McGruder for June 13, 1999
Transcript:
Jazmine: Watch your step, Huey. Huey: Why? Jazmine: Earthworms. After it rains they end up on the sidewalk. People don't look and end up squishing them. I like to pick them up and put them back in the grass. Huey: That's very benevolent of you. Jazmine: There you go, Mr. Worm. Go back to your worm family. Huey: Look. There's a stranded slug. Jazmine: Bleaaach!! I'd never touch a slug!! Huey: Hmmm. Selective salvation. You might have a bright future in foreign policy. Jazmine: Worms are cute. Slugs are just gross.
