Maybe it is clairvoyance. Nostradamus had the same dream.

“If i had a hammer, I’d hammer in the morning, I’d hammer in the evenin’ all over this seal…” Folk music revisionism.

Two baby seals were on the ice, waiting for their mothers to return and feed them. One of them spotted Dick Cheney, with a club, walking towards them. He nudged his friend. “What do you suppose that thing is?” The other looked and said, “Beats me.”

How did it manage to happen that Boondocks reappears at the correct season of the year for once? Perhaps the original publication was not in sync with the harp-seal “hunt” season.

I read in the newspaper just a few days ago that the 2010 season is beginning right now. (And demand for the furs is continuing to decline this year, so they expect to club and skin fewer baby seals than ever.)

The date on this strip is 9/10. I’m not sure which year, but it was definitely out of season when it originally appeared.
